($125 + HST) This treatment is performed on a supportive floor mat, with the client remaining fully clothed. Using hands, elbows, knees, feet and body weight, the RMT applies deep compressions into the muscles to release built up tension. Gentle yet powerful stretches are incorporated throughout, helping to open the joints, lengthen tight muscles, and restore mobility. The session creates a balance of relaxation and invigoration, leaving the body feeling both grounded and revitalized.
