I grew up in Stettler and feel incredibly fortunate to be raising my own family in this wonderful community. We are local grain farmers with a love for rural life, downhill skiing, water skiing, hiking, and all things active! I graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from the Alberta institute of Massage in 2013 and began my career at Performance Health and Fitness, including some time at a sports development center. Over the past several years, I’ve taken time away from the industry to be home with our three young daughters. Now that they’re all in school full-time, I’m excited to return to this rewarding profession. I’m currently completing my second year of massage therapy training to regain my full RMT accreditation. As a former collegiate athlete and now busy mom, I understand firsthand how essential body care is at every age and stage of life. I’m passionate about helping clients manage pain, reduce stress, recover from an injury, and improve their function & mobility through massage therapy — a powerful tool for enhancing overall wellness.
