Katherine has provided therapeutic massage for clients at Sports and Family Chiropractic and Acupuncture since the summer of 2022. She has been a licensed massage therapist (LMT) since graduating from an 800-hour program at Elements of Wellness School of Massage in the spring of 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Missouri Baptist University. Katherine specializes in integrating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and lymphatic facilitation into her sessions to help clients overcome pain and tightness related to high levels of stress. You can expect to receive an individualized session. When she isn’t working with clients, you can find her working with the youth at her church, trying out the local coffee shops, reading, or hiking. She looks forward to working with you on your individual wellness goals!
