Tanya believes that human bodies move toward health and balance when we give them the right resources. To help her clients achieve their healing goals, she draws upon whatever technique best suits the body she is working with. Using massage modalities that range from subtle to deeper work, she believes in meeting clients where they are at and sculpting a care plan that will help their body heal, reduce pain and come back to balance. Tanya grew up in Northwest Washington, next to the border. She moved to Portland from Bellingham in 2020. She has been a massage therapist & doula since 2011, studying massage at Heartwood Institute in Northern California and New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, NM.
