Alanna loves to help her patients reach their full, healthy potential. She played elite soccer throughout her life and had the opportunity to represent BC and Canada through many national championships on a variety of teams. Having also played basketball and volleyball, she is a well-rounded athlete, which helps her to understand the needs and demands of rehabilitation in other athletes. Alanna is passionate about mobility and believes that “if you don’t use it, you lose it.” She loves to educate and give her patients the tools and techniques to help maintain and improve their limitations outside of the treatment room. Alanna tailors each treatment specific to the patient and their goals and uses techniques that are outcome oriented. She likes to include myofascial/fascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue massage, and enjoys getting her patients involved in the treatment by using active-release techniques. Whether you suffer from chronic headaches, range of motion limitations, low back pain, poor posture, or any musculoskeletal injury, Alanna is committed to helping you recover and live a mobile, pain-free life.
