FLOW Health & Performance
Hi, I'm Dr. Cristina Leonardelli (she/her), and I'm not your average chiropractor. My passion lies in helping active individuals and high-performance athletes reach their optimal function and performance. With a patient-centered, functional, and integrative approach, I combine hands-on manual therapy with thorough patient education and rehab exercises. I’m certified in diverse techniques beyond chiropractic care including Active Release Technique, medical acupuncture, and Functional Range Conditioning. My extensive education also includes a post-graduate fellowship in Chiropractic Sports Sciences, through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences Canada (RCCSS(C), which has led me to work with teams like the Ottawa Redblacks and Atletico Ottawa. Whether on the field or in the clinic, I’m dedicated to ensuring and supporting you to take an active role in your recovery. When I’m not working with athletes or at the clinic, you’ll find me coaching soccer, staying active at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors with my family in Ottawa. **My treatment approach includes:** manual joint manipulation, ART, contemporary medical acupuncture, functional range conditioning, mental performance consultant, therapeutic exercise prescription, athletic taping.
