Ada Kate is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton Ontario, where she received her Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) and she is a great enthusiast of all things outdoors. She has a keen interest in wellness in general, beginning with a life long yoga practice and a deep respect for the potential of the body. The principles of osteopathy speak to the body’s ability to self heal and self regulate under the right conditions and Ada Kate wants to support patients through individualized care that is appropriate for that person, at that moment. Supporting/improving quality of life and feeling well prepared for whatever the future holds are key goals in Ada Kate’s approach to osteopathy. She wants patients to feel empowered and informed about their bodies, and as such endeavors to include that education in her treatment room.
