Osteopathic Initial Assessment - 60 Minutes

An osteopathic manual practitioner is educated to examine, diagnose, treat and give prognosis where this relationship between structure and function may be compromised. During treatment, an osteopathic manual practitioner influences the spine and peripheral joints and, in consideration with the above, the fluids, fascia and tissues that complete the human body. We perform gentle movements to organs and joints to improve the biomechanical function of the whole body. Once the mechanical distribution of force and movement is restored, your body has the ability to use its innate ability to heal allowing for reduction in pain and improvement in health.
