I love being a massage therapist and helping people ease their pain and regain their strength and mobility. Seeing people smile and hearing them say that I helped them reduce their stress levels is extremely rewarding. Massage therapy has always been my passion. Back in the Philippines, I dreamed of becoming a massage therapist, but my kids were still small at the time so I had no time for training. After moving to Canada, I was able to fulfill this dream. I took a 2200-hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2014. As my career progresses, I’m loving it even more. It’s fun and exciting, especially since I am trained in various different techniques and modalities. I practice Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release. Learning is a continuous process in my life. Throughout my career, I have participated in various workshops in order to provide my clients with the best treatment they can get. I am looking forward to meeting my clients at Therapeutic Body Concepts.
