Elliot graduated from Mohawk College after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. He’s passionate about helping clients recover from various conditions using an evidence-based, holistic approach to care. His treatments integrate a variety of therapeutic tools, including hydrotherapy, passive stretching, joint play, self-care strategies, at-home exercises, and guided mindfulness techniques. Elliot is highly skilled in neuromuscular techniques, joint play, and myofascial release. Dedicated to ongoing professional development, he stays current with emerging research and evolving best practices in massage therapy. He’s currently pursuing specialization in manual lymph drainage to better support clients with lymphatic drainage issues, chronic edema, and cancer-associated swelling. Outside of the clinic, Elliot enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and being outdoors. His commitment to an active lifestyle focused on holistic wellbeing continues to shape his practice, as he aims to provide more treatment solutions for clients and make a meaningful impact in the community.
