60 minute Swedish Relaxation massage gives circulatory system enhancement, stress reduction, and relieves muscle tension by performing a combination of 6 strokes in a full body session.
Reflexology
Therapeutic, condition-specific reflexology. Manual pressure applied to nerve endings and energy centers called Nadi’s.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues, It can help relieve fluid retention and swelling.
