Alaina M. White is a graduate of New York College. Practicing since 2010, her comprehensive therapeutic massage techniques include deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, cupping therapy and kinesiology taping. June 2016 she received certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, 2018 Myofacial Therapy. Alaina believes massage therapy is therapeutic and healing for both the mind and body. Her desire is to help people feel relief from chronic pain, or improve there over all well being through bodywork.
