Sam is a graduate of York University’s Kinesiology and Health Sciences program with a specialization in Athletic Therapy, as well as the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Since 2018, he has worked with a wide range of clients—from professional and varsity athletes to individuals new to physical activity—helping them recover and perform at their best. By integrating Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy, Sam supports his patients in returning to the activities they love. He is committed to continuous learning and applies evidence-informed practices to help clients meet both short- and long-term goals. Certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS), he has conducted assessments for the Toronto Maple Leafs during pre-season training. Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys playing soccer, scuba diving, surfing, and drumming.
Massage
If you are a new Rehab Hero patient, please book in an initial assessment. During this appointment a treatment will be delivered after a thorough history, movement, and physical assessment. This is a taxable service.
Athletic Therapy
Subsequent treatment for patients who have already completed their Athletic Therapy Initial Assessment. Includes any of the combinations for MULTIPLE body regions: soft tissue / muscle release therapy, exercise rehabilitation, stretching, joint mobilizations and exercise programming. This appointment is 60 minutes in length. This is a taxable service.
