Previous to embarking on my massage journey I had an 8 year career as a musician and I prided myself on creating beautiful harmonies with whoever I was singing or playing with. In order to create harmony, a person needs to listen, to anticipate the path that will work, to use previous experience, and intuition. This is the same approach I am bringing to my massage practice because I believe that massage is an amazing way to help people become more in tune with their bodies. To help bring a sense of harmony to people’s lives. Whether it’s someone dealing with an injury, stress, terminal illness, muscle aches, strains or tension, massage is a great tool to bring our bodies back to a place of homeostasis. I believe strongly in providing quality manual-therapy as part of a holistic approach to health-care. One of the main reasons I decided to pursue massage is because I care about this community so much and I wanted to do something meaningful to contribute to the well-being of those around me. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2023 and have now received my full certification as a registered massage therapist.
