Ashley Twining is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, she Graduated from The Salter School of Massage Therapy in 2009 and licensed by the state Rhode Island MT01748. She utilizes many unique modalities to release tension, alleviate pain, and promote emotional, spiritual and physical well being. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Meditation and more.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
