Dr. Nardine Bekhit has always been passionate about helping people feel their best—naturally. Drawn to chiropractic for its deep understanding of the human body and its patient-centred approach, she found a perfect fit in a profession that values movement, function, and long-term wellness. Known for her warm, empowering care, Dr. Bekhit loves working with people who are new to chiropractic. She takes the time to understand each person’s goals and comfort level, creating a personalized plan that aligns with their lifestyle. For patients who prefer a gentle approach, she’s certified in low-force adjustment techniques—no snap, crackle, or pop necessary. As a mom of two, Dr. Bekhit personally experienced the transformative benefits of prenatal chiropractic care. That journey led her to become certified in the Webster Technique , along with advanced prenatal protocols that support pelvic balance and optimal biomechanics for a more enjoyable pregnancy and labour and delivery experience. She also pursued specialized training to care for infants with oral motor challenges and body tension, helping families navigate feeding and latch issues using craniosacral therapy and intraoral massage and exercises (also known as “suck training”). Her cranial therapy techniques are loved by patients of all ages—especially those dealing with chronic headaches, migraines or stress—thanks to the instant feeling of calm and relaxation.
