Using the most current research-based techniques, Angela uses massage therapy to help clients; ease chronic pain, help with injury recovery, postural dysfunctions, and stress reduction through relaxation. Being active and having had a long-term office job, she is familiar with the daily body discomfort; upper back tension, low back pain, and general muscle pain. Sitting for long periods and being physically active are equally challenging to our muscles. She uses combinations of hot stones, myofascial cupping, and proven therapeutic techniques to help resolve muscle pain. With a strong desire to help clients live comfortably, she is passionate about educating clients on how to help create lasting change. She works with her clients toward creating change and resolving chronic issues by providing effective evidence-based treatments. Angela is a graduate of the 2200-hour program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy and a proud member in good standing with the MTAA.
