Tatyana is a recent graduate from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. Before attending the 20 month program she taught yoga and pilates. Tatyana has a keen interest in working with people who have injuries or postural dysfunctions from sports, work, and everyday life. Having dealt with many injuries herself she knows the importance of living a pain free life and takes as many different approaches to help her clients reach their goals. In her free time she enjoys reading, going to the movies, exercising and spending time with family and friends. Tatyana has her 200 hour yoga certification, and has taken STOTT mat and reformer courses. She is currently taking her Clinical Pilates training through Calibrate Kinetics and hopes to soon offer this service to her clients once she's certified.
