Tara graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018. Since then she has continued to build on her skills by taking courses including IASTM, therapeutic exercise, and ways to treat common conditions such as low back pain. Tara typically likes to mold her treatment style to address the concerns of the patient she is seeing and come up with a plan to meet their specific needs. Treatment techniques she frequently uses are stretching, fascial release, and trigger point release combined with traditional Swedish techniques. When Tara is not at work she enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing slo-pitch. You can also find he spending as much time as she can with her husband, son, and doggo.
