Francesca Farrell is a Registered Massage Therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Her approach is grounded in an evidence-based approach to massage therapy, informed by current research in pain science, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal health. Francesca values clinical reasoning, ongoing education, and individualized care over rigid treatment models. She believes effective therapy begins with listening carefully, understanding each person’s unique experience, and applying the best available evidence to support meaningful, lasting outcomes. Since 2004, Francesca has extensive experience supporting women through pregnancy, the postnatal period, and beyond. Her clientele has also included individuals committed to maintaining strength, mobility, and wellbeing as they age, as well as elite athletes. One of her latest joys in practice is offering children’s massage therapy, supporting relaxation and recovery for active kids. Her practice welcomes those seeking restorative care in support of an active and healthy life. From Vancouver, Francesca has practiced in a private tennis club, a busy pregnancy-focused clinic, alongside acupuncturists and Olympic team physiotherapists, and with the guests of an international Yoga training and retreat destination. Each setting of clients and colleagues has helped shape the integrative approach she brings to her practice today.
