She is delighted to bring this expertise to the Saanich Peninsula while continuing to care for patients of all ages. Her approach is collaborative and empowering, encouraging patients to take an active role in their recovery through personalized exercises and self-care strategies. She has additional training in Myofascial Chains, Méthode Gesret, Kinesio Taping, and the Neil Asher Technique for frozen shoulder, among other techniques. In addition to her clinical work, Weri has over 20 years of experience as an educator. Combining her two areas of expertise, she now divides her time between osteopathic practice and instructional design, where she creates inclusive and engaging learning experiences. Weri is thrilled to join the Reach Health team and looks forward to supporting your unique health and wellness goals. Please note that osteopathic coverage varies between insurance providers—patients are encouraged to verify coverage with their insurer.
Whether for an initial assessment or a follow-up session, osteopathic treatment focuses on restoring balance and function in the body. Suitable for all ages, each appointment begins with a thorough assessment to understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and areas of tension. Using a hands-on, whole-body approach, your practitioner will then apply gentle techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, cranial osteopathy, and visceral manipulation. Every treatment is personalized, with tailored exercises to support your recovery and long-term well-being.
