Laura is originally from Colombia where she completed her physiotherapy degree in 2011. She also has a Master's in Sports Physiotherapy and is trained as a Stott Pilates instructor. Laura focuses on treating musculoskeletal/orthopedic conditions and various sports injuries in the private practice setting. She’s registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and has over 8 years of experience as a Pilates/fitness instructor Her treatments focus on education, the use of modalities, manual therapy, and exercise/Pilates to help patients reach their goals. For Laura exercise is the key to achieving a healthy life. Laura is currently on maternity leave.
