As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, my practice is focused on fertility, hormone health, and stress management. My path to Chinese Medicine was shaped by a deep commitment to lifelong learning and a genuine curiosity about the human experience. I began my career with a Geology degree from the University of Calgary and spent years in resource exploration. My transition into acupuncture was a natural step toward work that allowed me to connect more deeply with people. By blending my background in Western scientific thinking with my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer an integrative, thoughtful approach to care. I have completed advanced training in fertility acupuncture with Jane Lyttleton, and I am incredibly passionate about helping women navigate the physical and emotional transitions of perimenopause and menopause. I believe that meaningful treatment begins with truly understanding you, your history, your unique needs, and the ways stress and life circumstances influence your body. My approach is both evidence-informed and deeply personal, tailored completely to your goals. Outside the clinic, you can find me reading, fostering dogs, and embracing the challenge of becoming a trail runner, one trail at a time.
