Alternative Healing
Jasmine is a manual osteopathic practitioner (DOMP) who developed a fascination with the human body as a result of living with scoliosis, diagnosed as a child. As she was not a candidate for fusion surgery, she began her journey with pilates as a means to alleviate pain and imbalance, resulting in her becoming a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor. She has an undergraduate degree in health studies, with honours, from York University and attended the Medical University of the Americas in St. Kitts and Nevis. After completing Med 1 and Med 2 she refocused her career towards holistic health care leading to her graduation from The National Academy of Osteopathy in 2025. Her personal experiences and education give her a unique passion for treatment of her clients. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients with a range of different complaints.
