Jovi is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to supporting people in feeling better and moving well. His approach combines a wide range of manual therapy techniques - including myofascial release, trigger point work, neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage - with targeted exercises designed to support lasting change. Whether someone is recovering from a motor vehicle accident, managing persistent pain, returning to activity after a sports injury, or working towards performance-based goals, Jovi aims to create a collaborative environment where patients feel supported and understood. If you come in with a specific objective - like reducing knee discomfort during a squat - he’ll be just as committed as you are to achieving it. Before Entering the massage therapy field, Jovi spent more than seven years as a strength and conditioning coach and is also a practicing kinesiologist. His background in movement science and training deeply informs his clinical perspective: he looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how movement patterns, daily habits, and overall lifestyle contribute to how a person feels. His goal is to help augment your recovery and build confidence.
