Art of Mobility
Hi, I’m Tharaniya Sivarajah, a Physiotherapist and certified personal trainer (CSEP-CPT) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. I hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Brunel University and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. From dancing and playing volleyball to diving into strength training, martial arts, and now running—movement is my passion! I’ve always been active, but my real journey began in my early 20s when I started dealing with my own injuries. Despite being told to stop strength training, I refused to let movement slip away. Having faced my own challenges with healthcare advice, I’m here to help you get back to what you love, stronger than ever. Your body is resilient and adaptable, and seeing you succeed is my greatest reward. My treatment approach blends manual therapy and exercises to help you regain independence and achieve long-term relief. I’m here to seamlessly transition you from rehab to your favorite activities—whether that’s hitting the field, playing with your kids, or anything else you love. When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me busting out some pull-ups, walking my dog, or discovering new tunes on Spotify (afrobeat fans, where you at?!).
