Sam’s passion for athletics, movement, and wellness led her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist. With a background in kinesiology, she graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and has since built her practice around helping people stay active and resilient. As a lifelong athlete and competitive sports enthusiast, Sam has firsthand experience with both the rewards and risks of training. She has a particular interest in working with endurance athletes and believes in the importance of preventative care to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term function. Through personalized treatment plans and education, Sam empowers her clients to take an active role in their health and well-being. Outside the clinic, you’ll most often find Sam running the North Shore trails or enjoying the outdoors with her family. Treatment Philosophy Sam’s lifelong curiosity with movement and her own experiences as an athlete have shaped her approach to massage therapy. With five years of experience and the privilege of learning from skilled RMTs and physiotherapists, she brings a calm, supportive energy to every session.
