Born and raised in the Halifax area, Zach has been involved in martial arts since 2005 and is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach. Following an unfulfilling stint as an accountant, Zach decided to pursue his passion for learning about the human body. This led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Massage Therapy from ICT Northumberland College. Skilled in deep tissue massage, Zach believes in taking a balanced approach and tailoring each treatment to the individual needs of his clients. Drawing on his experience as both a desk worker and an athlete, he is passionate about helping people from all walks of life.
