Rosemary Hohl-Chriswisser has devoted over two decades to the Fitness and Wellness industry. From an early age, she was captivated by the body’s capacity to perform and adapt. This enduring curiosity led her to pursue advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology and obtain numerous specialty certifications within the field. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, which has underscored the paramount importance of recovery methods in enhancing physical abilities and the profound impact of emotional well-being on physical performance and health. Rosemary comprehends that while muscles can improve through exercise, it is equally imperative to facilitate their recovery through massage and the cultivation of a positive mindset. Recognizing the coordinated blend of mind and body, she pursued a license in Massage Therapy to aid her clients in recovering from their workouts and to assist them in emotionally decompressing from the many demands of life. Additionally, she obtained a Mental Health Coaching certificate with a specialty in Trauma to further support her clients’ holistic well-being. The ability to enhance muscle function and manage stress through various massage techniques enables individuals to feel both emotionally and physically better, thereby improving their capacity to advance in their fitness and wellness objectives. Rosemary provides massages that will help her clients embrace the multiple benefits, such as improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, enhanced flexibility, and relief from chronic pain. Furthermore, she assists her clients in understanding how massage can also provide relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall mental health by releasing endorphins and promoting a sense of well-being. In addition to fitness-wellness consulting and massage, she possesses extensive experience in presenting various topics to groups. She has delivered countless presentations for high school and college students, women’s groups, endurance athletes, corporate employees, and first responders. She is truly passionate about using her knowledge to help others pursue their wellness goals, whether it is by providing pain relief through her massages or by offering education and guidance within a consultation or presentation. When she is not assisting others, she enjoys leading a healthy lifestyle herself. Her interests include attending church, cycling, weightlifting, yoga, swimming, walking her dogs, wake surfing, watching football, traveling, reading extensively, and spending time with family and friends. In summary, she is an individual who is deeply committed to the well-being of others. She believes in listening to her clients’ specific needs and customizing an approach that is most suited for achieving the best results.
