Erin is a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She believes in the bodys ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. Erin is passionate about the maintenance of ones self and believes that massage therapy contributes to a persons overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines a mixture of Swedish and therapeutic massage techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage.
Drawing from a number of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stones and Cupping. All of these techniques work together to relax muscles, increase circulation, remove metabolic waste and restore a sense of balance and harmony to the recipient.
