Kathryn is a graduate of Humber College and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists Ontario. Kathryn utilizes assessments such as range of motion testing, and special orthopaedic testing to investigate the root cause of pain, and creates specific treatment plans for every patient. Kathryn uses Swedish massage techniques, muscle stripping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilization’s to relieve muscle tension and pain, while increasing range of motion. Kathryn also provides remedial exercises to assist in correcting postural misalignment. Kathryn has experience treating a wide variety of conditions such as tendinitis, arthritis, disc herniations and much more. Additionally, Kathryn has worked with many different populations including athletes, pre/postpartum, palliative and those with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and diabetes.
