Megan Griffiths, RMT, is a Registered Massage Therapist with more than a decade of clinical experience providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. A 2014 graduate of Trillium College, she approaches her work with compassion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping each individual feel their best and move through life with greater comfort and confidence. Megan’s path into massage therapy was inspired by her own experiences recovering from athletic injuries. Through firsthand rehabilitation, she gained a deep appreciation for the transformative power of massage therapy — not only in restoring function, but in enhancing performance, recovery, and overall physical well-being. Today, she integrates that lived perspective into her clinical work, combining technical precision with empathy and individualized treatment planning. Her advanced training includes certification in cupping therapy, advanced joint mobilizations, and kinesiology taping, allowing her to provide comprehensive, goal-oriented care tailored to each patient’s needs. Committed to clinical excellence, Megan actively pursues continuing education to ensure her treatments reflect current best practices. Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys strength training, reading, and spending time with her animals — pursuits that reflect her belief in balance, lifelong learning, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
