Massage is my surprising second act in life. For years, I was a regular at a franchise spa, never missing my monthly massage. I’d lie there thinking, “I wish I could actually see this magic happening!” After a career in teaching and volunteering with students of all ages, I started craving a new path. My curiosity about massage shifted from “I love this” to “I want to learn how to do this.” When the pandemic hit pause on everything, I finally had the space to dive in — and in 2021, I completed the Therapeutic Massage program at Wake Tech Community College. Now, I get to blend my teacher’s heart with my passion for creating cozy, restorative spaces. I listen not only to your words, but also to what your body is telling me, so every session feels tuned in to you . Feedback is always welcome — my goal is to make each massage an experience you’ll want to come back to again and again. My massage practice allows me to combine my love for educating clients with my passion for creating comforting and relaxing environments, and my intuitive skill for listening to my clients words AND what their tissues are telling me. I always appreciate feedback during and after a session, so that I can create an experience that you'll want to return to, time and time again.
