After working 25+ years in corporate and broadcast communications, I began studying holistic healing while pursuing my own path to regaining my health. I believe in the importance of honoring and nourishing ones own mind, body, and soul. And I am fascinated with the bodys unique and innate abilities to heal itself. With a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others, I obtained my massage therapy license in CT after completing a 900-hour program at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Striving to assist others in calming the nervous system, relieving pain, promoting better range of motion, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation, I will create a unique session for each of my clients that aligns with their goals. I draw from a wide range of therapies and healing modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Assisted Stretch, Reiki Healing Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reflexology.
