Through this formal education and continued training, I specialize in several massage modalities including, Swedish, Lymphatic, Deep tissue, Neuropathic massage and reflexology. Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
A practice used for centuries this practice involves the application of pressure to different points of the bottom of the foot. This technique is completed with the use of Castor oil and uses specific thumb, finger and hand routines to work reflex zones in the feet that correspondence back to specific areas of the body.
