Julia Romrell is a Certified Massage Therapist and yoga instructor based in Santa Cruz, CA. She practices several modalities including therapeutic massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, fascial release, and restorative massage. With a love for learning, she is pursuing studies in craniosacral therapy and prenatal yoga. Julia is passionate about supporting people on their journey towards health and relaxation. Having worked in tech for a decade before switching careers, she developed a deep understanding of how that kind of lifestyle can impact the mind and body.
