Stephanie is originally from Ottawa, Ontario, where she began her education in massage and nutrition in 2003. In 2005 she moved to BC and fell in love with the mountains and the outdoor lifestyle. She decided to finish her massage training and has been working as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since June 2010. She loves skiing, hiking, dirt biking, snowmobiling and enjoying the outdoors. On her days off you can find her out and about on adventures with her twin boys. Her treatment style is quite diverse depending on the clientele she is working with. She combines many different techniques such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, positional release, visceral work, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, range of motion exercises, and active and passive stretching.
