Damanjit obtained his Masters of Physiotherapy Degree from Queen’s University, a Bachelors of Science in Life sciences from the university of Toronto and an Honors bachelor of Science in nursing from York University. He got into physiotherapy from his desire and motivation to help people, his keen interest in human anatomy, movement and its complexities. Damanjit has extensive experience working with a wide variety of adult populations as well as in pediatrics in physiotherapy. Damanjit takes an active patient-centered approach to therapy that combines individualized exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education to help his patients achieve their goals and return to their meaningful life activities. Damanjit empowers his patients to take an active approach in managing their injuries and recovery process. He is dedicated to her own professional development and currently holds a certification in utilizing Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Damanjit loves to stay active. He loves to dance, play beach volleyball as well as he is an avid Hiker, having climbed Mount Kiilimanjro and completed the Everest base camp hike along with others.
