Each massage is tailored to your needs and focus areas. Over a decade of experience and continuing education, each massage is personalized for you. Each massage can include deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, Advanced SMRT, gua sha, hot stones, scalp massage, Swedish (relaxation), and other modalities. Your choice of 60, 90, or 120 minutes. *if you are scheduling a massage for someone else, you MUST enter the persons information who is receiving the massage.
