Jelena completed her Massage Therapy education at Conestoga College, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic massage, Swedish and deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, joint mobilization, stretching, and therapeutic exercise. Jelena is passionate about creating individualized treatments that are both effective and comfortable for her clients. She takes the time to listen to each person’s concerns and goals, adapting her approach to support their overall health and well being. Having always enjoyed staying active and learning about the human body, Jelena has a particular interest in helping clients improve mobility, manage muscular tension, and feel more comfortable in their everyday lives. Jelena is committed to continuing her education and growing as a therapist, with the goal of providing thoughtful, client-centered care to everyone she works with.
