Mike (RMT) is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrated Health Sciences (KCCIHS) in Nelson, BC. He incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques into his practice, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), to help reduce pain and restore mobility. Mike enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and tailors each treatment to the individual needs and goals of his clients. He is committed to ongoing professional development and looks forward to expanding his skills through continued education.
