I am a blilingual licensed massage therapist, Bodytalk practitioner, certified yoga teacher, and Reiki master. Blending a combination of modalities including deep connective tissue massage, full body relaxation, lymphatic drainage, and Bodytalk, I offer sessions, guided by the needs and requests of the individual. Whether that be relief from sporting injuries, motor vehicle accidents or for renewal and relaxation. The BodyTalk System seeks to address the "whole person". This means that no aspect of the human psyche can be overlooked, be it emotional, physical or environmental. Clients who have experienced trauma, emotional disorders, anxiety, and depression experience profound shifts and find relief with BodyTalk sessions. Holding trauma in a sacred way, I endeavor to provide a safe, inviting space in which healing happens naturally. All people have the capacity to heal from trauma, chronic pain, and disease. When we are sick, we need support from each other.
