Tamara Nicklas has cultivated a one of a kind personalized bodywork experience through her extensive training in many modalities that resulted through trial and error in her own journey to wellness. Tamaras professional journey began in Marketing as she spent ten years as Director of Marketing for Chicago Land Agency Services, the Attorney division of Chicago Title Insurance Company, the Nations largest provider of title insurance. Her professional journey took a unique turn in 2007 when she became ill and set out on a mission to reclaim her well-being, naturally. It was through this endeavor that she discovered Myofascial Release (MFR) and experiencing this treatment changed her life, her health and her professional path. She then made it her mission to learn the MFR technique as well as Craniosacral Therapy, Zen Shiatsu Massage, and Reiki energy work and many other modalities so that she could bring natural healing to help people who were in similar situations to the one she had endured and conquered. Today, Tamara offers personalized bodywork at a cute little studio in Northfield, Illinois, using all of her training to create a customized treatment including easy-to-implement lifestyle suggestions for exactly what your body needs.
