Dr. Morgan McWhirter is a Sports Chiropractor and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who helps athletes and the active population recover from injury, restore function, and confidently return to activity and sport. Originally from Westport, CT, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University, where she served as captain of the Penn State Club Soccer team, competing nationally against top collegiate club programs. Her experience as a competitive athlete shaped her understanding of the physical and mental demands of training, competition, and recovery. Following her undergraduate studies, Morgan graduated as co-valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, where she focused on sports and performance-based care. During her time at Palmer, she was heavily involved in the school’s Sports Council, providing on-site care for athletes at 5Ks, half marathons, cycling races, and other athletic events. Morgan developed a strong interest in soft tissue techniques, becoming president of Palmer’s soft tissue club. She now holds certifications in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) and Functional Dry Needling. While in school, Morgan also earned her CSCS credential, which she enjoyed integrating into patient care. Following chiropractic school, she continued coaching at a sports performance and wellness gym in Connecticut. Morgan’s approach to care is primarily movement driven. With the combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue work, and focused rehabilitation, her goal is to help you recover from injury, restore function, and train smarter to optimize performance and live an active, resilient life. Outside of the office, Morgan loves to stay active - whether she’s in the gym, out for a run, or playing a variety of sports. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the city, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants along the way. Her commitment to an active lifestyle naturally complements her clinical work, inspiring her to support her patients in achieving their own health goals.
