1635 Main St, Vancouver, BC, V6A 2W5
Courtney is a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s from the University of British Columbia. Born and raised in Vancouver, Courtney started her journey in rehabilitation as a kinesiologist, guiding her clients to move better. She has practiced in both acute medical and private outpatient settings, treating a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and post-surgical care. Courtney uses a unique combination of clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and dry needling to treat a range of conditions. She is also a graduate of the ConnectTherapy 4-Part Series and Thoracic Ring Approach, and incorporates this process to look at each person as a whole to assess for the root cause of the problem. Courtney believes in a biopsychosocial model, which means empowering her clients to understand all the factors that can impact their road to recovery. In her free time, you’ll usually find Courtney outdoors in the sun, whether it’s hiking or walking the seawall. When it’s cold out, she loves to try new dance classes and volunteer as an adaptive ski instructor.
