Jakub is a huge proponent of continuing education and incorporating the latest research and evidence into his treatments. He has experience working with many acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries with special interest in shoulder dysfunction and low back pain. Furthermore, having an active background and experience working as a kinesiologist allows him to integrate a holistic, movement-based approach for his clients. He understands the importance in educating his clients on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle, while taking into consideration their individual needs and goals. Outside of the clinic he enjoys working out, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends and family. Education Jakub completed his B.Sc. in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2014 and went on to pursue his Masters of Physiotherapy at UCD in Dublin, Ireland.
