I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2018 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Education, and I’ve had the privilege of working with both amateur and professional athletes in Canada and Australia. My background in football—playing for the University of Alberta Golden Bears and the Edmonton Huskies—has shaped the way I approach training. I emphasize plyometrics, mobility, acceleration, and full-body strength training to help athletes develop their athleticism and game speed. Through my training business, Wilkz Performance, I’ve created a competitive, group-based environment where the focus is on movement and athletic performance rather than traditional bodybuilding. Currently, I’m also the head coach of the Bellerose Composite High School football team, where I love mentoring young athletes and helping them reach their full potential on and off the field.
