Allison has dedicated years to her academics in health sciences with the goal to treat her patients with the utmost care and consideration. She has a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry (Nutrition) / Psychology (Behavioural Neuroscience), Nursing School studies at Memorial University, medical science research background, Massage Therapy Diploma and is in good standing with the CMTNL/NLMTA. She is passionate about her patient’s health concerns and their health goals. She does not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to massage therapy, and strives to deliver personalized massage therapy treatments to each patient. She holds certifications in Chinese cupping, gua sha, and continues to increase her knowlege while studying and certifying in other modalities that can benefit her patients. Allison believes that individuals should not have to bear the emotional and physical pain of life stresses alone, and that massage therapy is an effective approach to benefit individuals struggling with mental or physical health challenges. What happened in the past does not have to happen tomorrow.
Massage Initial Assessment **Please note- Should you be direct billing your health insurance, please make sure you check with individual policy to assure this service is indeed billable third party. Also, should your insurance be maxed the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. If you are unsure if you have coverage, we kindly ask you to check this before arriving at your scheduled appointment. The clinic coordinator can not call on your behalf. ***ONLY Saturday/Holiday appointments will require full payment rather than direct billing.
