Alex Abundo is a licensed Physiotherapist practicing in Vancouver, B.C. Completing his Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapy specialization, Alex’s approach is use of soft-tissue release, IMS/ Functional Dry needling, joint mobilizations and therapeutic exercise. After overcoming some sports-related injuries incurred through collegiate wrestling and martial arts, and a car accident, Alex found his passion in helping heal others. Having worked in the Orthopaedics, Surgery and Medicine wards at Vancouver General Hospital, Alex is experienced in serving a variety of clientele: athletes (of all levels!), weekend warriors, pre/post operative surgery or joint replacement patients. Alex is here to assist you on your road to recovery and help turn any setback into a successful comeback.
