Kelsey graduated in 2019 from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. Before becoming an RMT Kelsey worked in Silviculture for close to a decade. While she still feels drawn to remote bushwork, the urge to set roots down was stronger. Kelsey’s treatment style is holistic and client centered. She believes in fostering a therapeutic space for healing, rehabilitation and relaxation. In her practice she uses a blend of Swedish Massage, and Myofascial Release to create a specifically tailored treatment for every body. Recently, Kelsey has completed training in Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and is beyond thrilled to be able to offer this technique to her clients. Kelsey is an enthusiastic trail runner, mountain biker, and hiker. You can find her and her dog, Freya, out in the mountains on most weekends.
